1. About Us
The Niki Group is a hospitality recruitment and executive search practice based in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, working with hotels, resorts, wellness properties and culinary operators in Israel and abroad.
2. Use of This Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes connected to hiring or seeking employment. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, extract data by automated means, or submit content that is unlawful, misleading or infringing.
3. Candidate Submissions
When you submit a profile or apply for a role, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete, that you are entitled to work in the relevant jurisdiction or will disclose any limitation, and that any references you name have agreed to be contacted.
Submitting a profile does not create an employment relationship with us, and does not guarantee an interview, a shortlist place or a placement.
4. Client Engagements
Search assignments are governed by a separate written engagement letter covering scope, fees, exclusivity, replacement terms and payment schedule. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or a binding fee agreement.
Clients are responsible for their own hiring decisions, for verifying credentials where required by law, and for compliance with employment legislation applicable to the role.
5. No Guarantee of Outcome
We present roles and candidates in good faith based on information available to us. We do not warrant the accuracy of third-party information, the continued availability of any advertised role, or any particular hiring or career outcome.
6. Intellectual Property
The wordmark, written content, layout and design of this website belong to The Niki Group and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without written permission. Role descriptions may be shared for personal, non-commercial reference.
7. Confidentiality
Both sides are expected to treat non-public information exchanged during a search as confidential, including candidate identities, client hiring plans, compensation details and assessment material.
8. Third-Party Links
This site may link to external services such as WhatsApp or client career pages. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing Law and Changes
