The Niki Group (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a hospitality recruitment practice operating in Israel and internationally. This policy explains what personal information we collect from candidates, clients and website visitors, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you hold over it.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, information generated through our search work, and limited technical information from your use of this website.
- Candidate details: name, contact details, résumé or CV, employment history, qualifications, references, work eligibility and salary expectations.
- Client details: company name, contact person, role briefs, hiring requirements and engagement correspondence.
- Correspondence: emails, WhatsApp messages, interview notes and assessment summaries created during a search.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and approximate location, collected in aggregate to keep the site secure and useful.
2. How We Use Your Information
Candidate information is used to assess suitability for roles, present you to prospective employers with your consent, and keep you informed about relevant opportunities. Client information is used to understand hiring needs, deliver shortlists and manage our engagement.
We also use information to meet legal and regulatory obligations, to improve our services, and to maintain records of the placements we have made.
3. Candidate Confidentiality
Confidentiality is central to executive search. We do not submit your profile, name or identifying details to any employer without your prior consent for that specific role. Where a search is confidential, we will tell you what can and cannot be disclosed before you agree to be presented.
If you are exploring the market discreetly while employed, we will not contact your current employer or listed referees without your explicit approval.
4. Sharing Your Information
We share candidate information only with the prospective employer for the role you have consented to, and with service providers who support our operations (secure hosting, email, applicant record-keeping) under confidentiality obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
5. International Transfers
Because we place talent across borders, your information may be transferred to employers or service providers outside your country of residence. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient protects your information to a comparable standard.
6. Data Retention
We retain candidate records for as long as needed to support your search and to consider you for future roles, and thereafter as required for legal and accounting purposes. You may ask us to remove your profile from active consideration at any time.
7. Security
We apply organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of recruitment data, including access restrictions, encrypted transmission and vetted service providers. No system is entirely immune to risk, and we ask that you avoid sending sensitive documents through unsecured channels.
8. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, withdraw consent to a submission, or request deletion. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
9. Cookies
This website uses a minimal set of cookies and local storage to remember your language preference and to understand site usage in aggregate. You can clear or block these through your browser settings.
10. Changes and Contact
We may update this policy as our practice and legal obligations evolve. The date above reflects the most recent revision. Questions about this policy, or about the information we hold, can be sent to nikigrouptlv@gmail.com.
